Tatum is a private mobile application designed to help women track and understand their personal intimate wellness data. The App allows users to log intimate sessions, track patterns over time, manage partner profiles, and view personal insights.
All data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your device. The Company does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to your personal data or intimate wellness information. Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personally identifiable information to use its features.
The App includes optional biometric security features including Face ID, Touch ID, and passcode protection. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
The App may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage analytics such as crash reports solely for the purpose of improving App performance. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Tatum is available as a one-time purchase for $24.99. This single payment grants you full and permanent access to all features of the App including all future feature updates included in the current version.
The App is purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google. The Company does not collect or store your payment information.

The TATUM name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Tatum App LLC. You may not use such marks without prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TATUM APP LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TATUM IS NOT A MEDICAL APPLICATION AND IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY HEALTH CONDITION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TATUM APP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation for 30 days before any other proceeding.
