We will never sell your data. We will never share your data. We will never use your personal information for advertising. Your truth is yours.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tatum mobile application developed and operated by Tatum App LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Tatum App LLC. Contact us at [email protected].

2. The Most Important Thing You Need To Know

All data you enter into Tatum — your session logs, partner information, activity tags, notes, satisfaction ratings, and any other personal information — is stored exclusively on your device. It never leaves your phone. We cannot see it, access it, read it, or retrieve it. Ever.

This is a technical fact built into the architecture of the App. Tatum operates without a server-side database of user wellness data. Your intimate life stays on your device and nowhere else.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Because Tatum is designed as a private, on-device application, we do not collect the following:

  • Your phone number or government-issued identification
  • Your session logs, partner profiles, activity tags, notes, or any intimate wellness data
  • Your location data
  • Your contacts or address book
  • Any biometric data used for Face ID or Touch ID — this is processed entirely by your device's operating system
  • Your browsing history or activity outside the App

4. Information We May Collect

4.1 Anonymous App Analytics

The App may use analytics tools to collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable information including crash reports, general feature usage statistics, and device type for compatibility purposes. This information is collected in aggregate form only, cannot be used to identify you personally, and is never linked to your intimate wellness data.

4.2 Purchase and Payment Information

Tatum is a one-time purchase of $24.99 processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment information.

4.3 Email Address

During the App onboarding process, you may provide your first name to personalize your experience within the App. This name is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party. It is used solely to address you personally within the App interface.

We collect your email address voluntarily when you provide it during the App onboarding process or through our website waitlist. Your email address is used for one purpose only: to send you a one-time welcome message from the founder of Tatum or to notify you of your beta access. We do not use your email address for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or any other purpose without your explicit consent. We do not share, sell, or transfer your email address to any third party. You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us.

4.4 Customer Support Communications

If you contact us by email, we will receive and store the contents of your message and your email address solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not use support communications for marketing and do not share them with third parties.

5. How We Use Information

The limited information we may collect is used exclusively for:

  • Identifying and fixing technical bugs and crashes in the App
  • Understanding which features are most valuable to improve them
  • Confirming your one-time App purchase and providing access
  • Sending you a one-time welcome message when you provide your email address
  • Responding to customer support inquiries

We do not use any information for advertising, marketing profiling, data brokering, or any purpose beyond those listed above.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for any commercial purpose. Period.

We may disclose information only if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or in the event of a business acquisition where we will notify you of any such change.

7. Data Security

7.1 On-Device Security

Your intimate wellness data is stored on your device using secure, encrypted on-device storage. The App uses your device's built-in security infrastructure to protect your data from unauthorized access.

7.2 Biometric and Passcode Protection

The App offers optional Face ID, Touch ID, and passcode lock features. We strongly encourage all users to enable these security features.

7.3 No Transmission, No Breach Risk

Because your intimate wellness data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers, it cannot be exposed in a server-side data breach. The most secure data is data that never travels.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored on your device for as long as you have the App installed. You have complete control at all times:

  • Delete individual session logs at any time within the App
  • Delete all data through the Settings screen
  • Deleting the App from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data
  • All Tatum users may export their data through the Settings screen before deletion

If you provided your email address, you may request its deletion at any time by emailing us. We will delete it within 7 business days.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe your child has used the App, please contact us immediately.

10. Sensitive Personal Information

Tatum is designed to store intimate wellness data, which is considered a special category of sensitive personal information. Our approach is simple: we do not collect it, we do not store it on our servers, we do not transmit it, and we have no ability to access it. Your intimate wellness information — including any name or profile information you enter — exists solely on your device and is fully under your control at all times.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Right to Access

Because all your personal wellness data is stored on your own device, you have complete and immediate access to all of it at all times through the App.

Right to Delete

You have the right to delete your data at any time — individual entries, all data within the App, or by deleting the App entirely.

Right to Export

All Tatum users have the right to export their data in a portable format through the Settings screen.

Right to Delete Your Email Address

If you provided your email address during onboarding, you may request its deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your email address within 7 business days.

California Residents (CCPA)

Because we do not sell personal information and do not collect personally identifiable intimate wellness data, many CCPA provisions may not apply to your use of Tatum. For any CCPA-related inquiries please contact us.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the App and update the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
